Welcome to Our Practice!
We consider our patients to be part of our pediatric family and we look forward to caring for your family from birth through young adulthood. In addition to delivering medical care, we believe it is our job to educate parents to help raise a healthy and loving child, and also to educate children to help them develop healthy habits.
Our routine well child appointments begin at 3-5 days of age, which is usually just a few days after discharge from the hospital, and then again at 2 weeks. We follow the schedule of the American Academy of Pediatrics for well child care visits, immunizations, and health maintenance.
For children who are sick, we have a walk-in clinic every day (available for our established patients only), including Saturdays and Sundays, except the major holidays. The doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses work together to be available for your questions and concerns 24/7.
We welcome your feedback so be sure to help us understand your family’s needs and expectations.
Our physicians are on staff at Northwestern Memorial’s Prentice Women’s Hospital and Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital.
Complimentary Prenatal Visits
We offer complimentary virtual group prenatal visits as well as individual prenatal visits. Please see the link below to register for the group prenatal visit, which is the first Thursday of every month at 1 pm. For individual prenatals, call the office at 312-642-5515 or email at frontstaff@nwcppediatrics.com.
Our prenatal visits are a two-way street. They benefit us because we get to know your family and they benefit you because you get to know us. During the prenatal visit, we will ask questions about your family and your pregnancy and help you understand what you should be thinking about and deciding about before and during your stay at the hospital when you deliver your baby. It is also helpful to bring a list of questions so we can answer your questions.

What to Expect
To help make our first visit as efficient and informative as it can be, please bring with you information about your family medical history, your child’s medical history and your insurance information.
For prenatal families and newborns, if you are delivering at Prentice Women's Hospital you can identify one of our doctors on your pre registration form. We will see you the morning after your baby is born. We usually round early in the morning and we will examine your baby, answer your questions, and provide you with some reading materials to help launch you on your way to the art of parenting.
If you are delivering elsewhere and choose to follow up with our practice after discharge, call our office to schedule an appointment for your baby to be seen a few days after discharge from the hospital. Please bring a copy of your medical records to the first appointment.
For transferring patients, please bring records including immunizations, prior medical problems and growth charts.
We look forward to meeting you and to help your family maintain optimal health.
Accepted Insurance Plans
We accept many major insurance plans—please call our office to see if your insurance is accepted as this list is frequently changing.
