Dr. King graduated from the University of Illinois and Rush Medical College. He is a Board Certified pediatrician and completed his pediatric training at Rush Children’s Hospital. He is an Instructor of Clinical Pediatrics at the Northwestern University School of Medicine.

Dr. King grew up in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago and, aside from a four-year detour in Urbana, has lived in the city his whole life. Growing up on the North Side, he is, unfortunately, a big Cubs fan. He currently lives in the South Loop with his wife and two children. He spends most of his free time driving his kids from one activity to another and coaching their sports teams.
